Healing Touch is a Center for Wellness offering people a variety of tools so that they may achieve
wellness and balance in their lives. It is owned and operated by Janine Sousa.
Upon inception in 2000, the primary focus was on bodywork, hence the name.
As the practice evolves, the focus evolves as well.

The new paradigm of health is about wholeness, balance and the integration of the Body-Mind-Spirit.
We do this through our physical aspect, our mental aspect, our emotional aspect, and our spiritual aspect.
Healing must happen in all aspects for it to be complete.
The Spiritual aspect involves understanding our karmic energy and the lessons we have come here to learn.
The Emotional aspect involves healing the feelings.
The Mental aspect involves healing the thoughts.
The Physical aspect involves healing any illness, disease or imbalance.
Healing Touch offers Integrative Bodywork, Energy Healing Techniques and Metaphysical Consultations
to help balance the whole being so that healing can take place.
In addition, classes are offered to supply tools for self care and self healing.

Please take this opportunity to explore the site and see what options are available to you.
Be mindful of what gets your attention - especially if it is something you are unfamiliar with.
Many of the services offered can be combined.

I wish you many blessings in your journey.
