Flower Essence Consultations
Flower Essences are herbal infusions of the flowers of plants and trees. They carry the healing energy of the flower
and encourage the body's innate healing process by restoring and maintaining emotional balance and clarity.
By normalizing our vibration, we can clear blockages in the energy field and chakra system
and release old, self-defeating energy patterns and re-establish communication with your inner voice.
A detailed questionnaire and subsequent conversation will help determine which essences would be most helpful at that time.
Each consultation is geared to the individual person and deals with the energy patterns present
to assist the person heal on all levels. The initial consultation takes one hour.

Group consultations are offered when there is a common energy pattern
which governs the way people relate and react to life situations.

Rescue® Pastilles contains the same essences as Rescue Remedy® in a chewable "gummy bear".
Pastilles are ideal for coping with everyday stresses and are easily shared.
 
There will be a brief general explanation of flower essences and a more detailed explanation of the essences that are used in Rescue® Products.
There will be time for discussion of different scenarios that may feel stressful to you and how the Rescue line can help.
You will receive one 7 ml spray bottles of Rescue Remedy®, Rescue® Sleep, and Rescue® Energy
and a Rescue Pastille tin (please specify preferred flavor - Orange or Black Currant)
 
This is a two hour group consultation and the cost is $45
Workshops are scheduled as interest is expressed.
 
 
Bach™ Original Flower Essences Emotional Eating Support Kit
Bach Emotional Eating Kit is a set of three carefully selected flower essences to give a helping hand with diet and healthy living regimes.
It has been made available to specifically help deal with the emotions linked to comfort eating.

Emotional Eating is when a person turns to food as a way to help deal with feelings.
These feelings can be anxiety, boredom, jealousy, joy or any other feeling.
Emotional eating also involves obsession with food, weight and dieting.
During dieting, the emotions become more apparent and old habits resurface.
You may recognize a few of these statements:
"When I feel nervous I eat too much"
"When I've done something difficult I feel like I deserve a reward, so I eat"
"When I feel sad or lonely I comfort myself with food"
"When I feel tense for an unknown reason I have a strong urge to eat"

Bach Emotional Eating Support Kit is a set of three 10 ml bottles of natural flower remedies.
Each remedy is designed to work on a specific part of the overeating cycle,
helping you deal with the common emotions that contribute to emotional eating.
They are used as needed to feel calm and in control of your eating at last.
There will be a brief general explanation of flower essences and a more detailed explanation of the essences that are used in the kit.
